Melt and Mix in a stock pot

on low-medium:

1 stick butter

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
6 cups oats

Place on wax paper and let cool.
