Pumpkin Pancakes with Apple Cider Syrup               Directions
                                                                                                Beat eggs and stir in pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger,
2 eggs                                                                                   baking soda, and salt.  Then add baking powder, oil and flour.  Stir in
¾ C pumpkin in a can                                                      water until desired consistency.
2 T Sugar
½ Tsp Cinnamon                                                               SYRUP
½ Tsp Nutmeg                                                                   1 C Sugar
½ tsp Ginger                                                                       2 T Cornstarch
½ Tsp Baking Soda                                                           2 C. Apple Cider or Juice
½ Tsp Salt                                                                            2 Tb Lemon Juice
1 ½ Tsp Baking powder                                                  Mix well and boil 1 minute and serve on pancakes
¼ C Oil or Applesauce
1 ½ C Flour
1 ½ C Water


Herb Salad Dressing  Had this on the salad for RS Christmas Program
1 ½ C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 C. Sugar
1 ½ T Onion Salt
1 T Garlic Salt
½ T Thyme
¼ T Rosemary
¼ T Sweet Basil
¼ tsp Dill
¼ C Lemon Juice
½ C Orange Juice (Prepared)
Light Olive Oil
Blend all the ingred into a blender except the olive oil. Blend.  Fill the oil to the 4 C line on your blender.  Blend well.  Some people like less oil but I wouldn’t do much less.  This makes a Ton of Salad dressing and it last for week in the fridge. (Use more vinegar if you like a kick in your dressings.  Often we will add ½ C balsamic vinegar to give it the balsamic taste  Salad 3 is really good with the balsamic added
Salad 1- Mixed greens, avocado, cucumber, craisins, sliced apples
Salad 2 Spinach, pomegranates, cucumber, avocado, strawberries candied chopped nuts, Feta cheese crumbled.
Salad 3  Mixed greens, cut ½ mozzarella log in bite size pieces, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions (sliced thin), pine nuts toasted, sweet peopper (chopped in long slices, avocado.


Spinach Salad
Spinich
Bacon crumbled
Monterey Jack Cheese
Hard Boiled eggs, diced
Manarin Oranges
Red Onion
Craisins

Dressings mix in saucepan
1 egg beaten
¾ C Sugar
½ C Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard
Worcestershire Sauce to taste (one swig)   Mix ingredients and bring to a light boil, stirring for 2-3 minutes. Chill and serve with salad
