2.5 lbs ground beef
2-29oz tomato sauce
2 cups brown sugar
2-pkg of chili season, 1 hot, 1 mild
2-3 cloves of fresh garlic (never can have to much garlic)
black pepper, to your taste
salt, to your taste
garlic salt, to your taste
1 small package of frozen corn
2 package of your favorite hotdogs(or one pkg of hotdogs and a hillshire farm smoked sausage)
2-16oz cans of red chili beans(sometimes I just use kidney beans, your preference)
1-16oz can of reg chili beans
Directions
1- brown the ground beef(season with pepper,garlic salt, salt,and add fresh garlic)
2-drain out oil and grease
3-add all cans of tomato sauce, stir on medium heat
4-add brown sugar and slice hotdogs/sausage
5-add all packets of chili seasonings,stir
6-open cans of chili beans(drain liquid) and add along with frozen corn
7-continue to stir on low heat for 30 minutes, the longer it simmers the better...
